What to send to Kalshi instead
Frozen accounts, KYC documents, failed ACH, missing fills, and tax forms are Kalshi's problem. Use in-app support or kalshi.com. We cannot see your balance and we cannot unfreeze a Member Agreement violation.
What a useful email includes
The URL of the page, the sentence that is wrong, and the live source (Kalshi help, Member Agreement, or the ticket). Screenshots help. We do not need your account number, ID photos, or a password — those stay with Kalshi.
What we will not answer
- Whether a specific contract is a good bet.
- How to open an account from a restricted country.
- Tax treatment of event-contract P&L in your jurisdiction.
