Eligibility and geo blocks
Kalshi does not onboard every country. Using a VPN or false identity to look like a resident of an open jurisdiction can freeze an account and trap a balance. We will not help you do that. Country pages are a first pass; confirm on Kalshi before you send money.
Accuracy
Fees, APY, country lists, and product rails change. We try to keep guides current. They can still be wrong by the time you read them. You are responsible for checking the live app, the Member Agreement, and the order ticket before you trade.
Calculators
Calculators are illustrative math in your browser. They do not place orders, pull live books, or include every fee Kalshi may add later. If a number looks off, check the inputs.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for trading losses, missed fills, frozen accounts, or relying on a stale country list. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only as permitted.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades the service, impersonate Kalshi, or use the content to run a competing unlicensed exchange. Linking to a page is fine.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
