Yes. Residents of Denmark can apply. Settlement is DKK converted into USD; MobilePay is not a Kalshi checkout.

What Denmark pays with at home
MobilePay and Dankort are domestic. They will not credit Kalshi. Danes typically buy dollars at Danske, Nordea, or an EMI, then send SWIFT or a merchant-capable debit. A MobilePay “Kalshi indbetaling” request from a private user is a scam tell — the exchange never issues a Danish mobile number.

DKK is pegged near the euro, so USD/DKK mostly tracks EUR/USD plus a Danish bank spread. Still convert before you send — the exchange has no kroner ledger. A weekend MobilePay top-up fantasy does not beat a Monday FX ticket.
