Kalshi Poland: event contracts are closed

A residential address in Poland cannot trade Kalshi event contracts. The block is the Member Agreement. BLIK, which is how Poland pays in shops, is never collected.

Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF)

KNF supervises Polish banks and investment firms. Kalshi is not a KNF-licensed investment firm or a licensed betting operator.

KNF’s register is not the missing piece

Germany next door is open; Poland is not. That split is the Member Agreement, not a delayed BLIK integration. A Warsaw or Kraków address cannot trade event contracts. The same clause does not, by itself, forbid membership — the live screen on kalshi.com is the check.

BLIK pays żabka, not a US DCM

A BLIK code sent to a stranger «dla Kalshi» is theft. Przelewy24 and Elixir złoty transfers are equally local. There is no account to attach them to.

CET like Berlin, closed unlike Berlin

The event clock would have been the German one. Eligibility is not. Do not use the German country page as a stencil for a Polish PESEL address.

A VPN from Mokotów freezes the balance

No bypass chapter. If the list changes, kalshi.com first. StartKalshi is not Kalshi Inc.

Identity checks still run on kalshi.com. If that signup or deposit screen disagrees with this note, trust Kalshi. StartKalshi is not Kalshi Inc.
