Singapore cannot open Kalshi
A Singapore residential address typically cannot open a Kalshi account. The block is in the Member Agreement. PayNow, PayLah! and FAST are local rails that never get collected.
MAS licenses banks, capital-markets intermediaries and some payment firms. Kalshi is not a MAS-licensed remote exchange for this product.

MAS did not put Kalshi on a local licence
Singapore already has a dense capital-markets and payments regime. A US DCM membership is not a CMS licence and not a Singapore-dollar wallet. The application dies at the address, not at a missing PayNow proxy.
PayNow is everywhere in shops and nowhere here
Kalshi does not issue a UEN or a PayNow mobile for «top-up». A request to PayNow a personal number wearing the exchange wordmark is a phishing pattern aimed at Singapore numbers.
Same civil clock as Beijing, different legal file
SGT is UTC+8 year-round. That matches mainland China and Western Australia in the winter, and matches none of their licence stories. This page is only the Singapore stop.
