CNV regulates Argentine capital markets. The BCRA regulates FX. Neither has licensed Kalshi locally.

DNI plus a local address can satisfy identity. Funding is the hard part: Argentine FX controls and the gap between official and parallel dollars matter more than KYC. Kalshi will not open a cuenta comitente at a BYMA broker.
What Argentina pays with at home
CBU/CVU pesos and Mercado Pago balances cannot be pushed onto Kalshi. Getting clean USD out of Argentina is a BCRA / bank conversation — MEP, CCL, and tourist-dollar schemes are local FX products, not Kalshi buttons. Only send a rail the exchange lists (USD wire, supported card, or ZeroHash) after your bank confirms the outflow is allowed.
