The English contract is the product. A translation on this site is a map.
StartKalshi pages in twelve languages are not the Member Agreement. The document that pays $1 is still the English rulebook on kalshi.com.
Kalshi onboards you under a US CFTC designated contract market. The click-through is English. A French, Portuguese, or Japanese page on this site does not rewrite that file, and it does not licence the venue in Paris, Lisbon, or Tokyo.
The resolution source in the contract text is the whole product. “What the TV said” is not a source. A StartKalshi summary of the same event is not a source. If you cannot name the document that pays $1, you have a vibe, not a ticket.
Restricted addresses stay restricted in every language. A clean French-language guide does not open a Paris postcode. A Portuguese page that explains Pix does not turn a Lisbon lease into a Brazilian one. Confirm the live list on kalshi.com before you argue with a blog.
StartKalshi is not Kalshi Inc. We do not see balances, we do not unfreeze a Member Agreement hold, and we will not invent a local licence or a tax rate. If the live screen disagrees with a sentence here, trust the screen.
